Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed 45 day delivery period (not including 2-5 day processing time)
- you receive the wrong item (incorrect items must be unused and in the original packaging)
- you receive damaged or broken items
We do not issue refunds if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Refund requests must be received within 15 days following the guaranteed 45 day delivery period. Refund requests may be submitted using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
